Is this a paid internship?
Yes. All internship roles at Noethera come with a competitive stipend. We believe compensation should be part of the internship from the start.
Where is the internship based?
Most roles can be done remotely. Some roles (especially web development) have a hybrid or on-site component in Tangerang, Banten. We will discuss this with you during the application process.
How long is the internship?
The standard internship program is 3 months, with the possibility of extension. We are flexible and open to discussing timelines that work with your academic or personal schedule.
Do I need prior work experience?
Not necessarily. We care more about attitude, curiosity, and the quality of your portfolio or past projects than your years of experience. If you have done something worth showing us, we want to see it.
What happens after the internship?
Outstanding interns may be offered full-time or freelance roles at Noethera. We prefer to grow people who already understand how we work — and who we know we can trust.
